Shipping Policy

All Etchfinity products are packed with care and shipped from our shop in Michigan. Most items are custom-made and require production time before shipping.

Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for production of most custom orders.
Need it sooner? Rush production may be available — just reach out before ordering.

Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipping)
• U.S. orders: 2–5 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs)

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Free local pickup is available in Escanaba, MI. We may also offer local delivery for select orders — contact us to ask!

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but the item is missing, check with neighbors or your local post office. Still stuck? Reach out and we’ll do what we can.

International Customers
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders will not be marked as “gifts.”
